The Agency Soule Navarre Immobilier was established in 1970 in the Pays Basque with it's first office situated in the heart of Mauleon, a second office was opened in 2001 in Navarrenx.
The Agency has developed a significant portfolio of rental management while contributing to the improvement of rental housing in the area. Offering support to landlords and tenants alike we have actively participated in housing many residence into the local community. We have always stood out as a network of local agencies, strongly anchored and identified as such, as opposed to national franchises. In March 2016, Flora Leroy and Emilie Baqué, already collaborating with the Agency, brought the franchise from Beñat Etchebest and renamed Soule Navarre Immobilier, "AVA Immobilier", a name that is easy to memorize, write and pronounce in all languages. In 2016, the agency opened it's third office in Oloron Sainte-Marie. .

Is made up of a team of 12 collaborators who have been working together for a long time and know each other well.
